ACM Enterprises Inc guarantees a full refund minus shipping if product is returned within the 30 day period of purchase. No refunds after the 30 day return policy has expired. Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved units. Engraved units with media from our library only (no custom uploaded images, names or initials) will adhere to the regular policy. Number (Return Authorization) is needed. Please include original or a copy of the original Invoice or Packing Slip along with all the factory original ACM® Parts and Accessories included with original packaging. Items must be in undamaged, unmarked, unscratched condition. Please include a short note about why you are not satisfied if possible.
