Warranty & Returns
ACM Enterprises, Inc. warrants the mechanism of your ACM®Wallet to be free from mechanical defects. If your ACM®Wallet fails to operate, ACM will repair or replace it at no charge. This warranty is limited to normal wear with usage, and does not apply to the outer finish of your ACM Wallet. External parts such as money clips and rubber icon pads are not under warranty and are available to for purchase replacement.

MEN: The ACM®Wallet was not designed to be sat on in a back pocket.
The ACM Wallet is not a security device for currency or credit cards, ACM Enterprises Inc. gives no warranties to claims of lost or stolen contents housed inside or attached to the product. ACM Enterprises, Inc. reserves the right to determine abused product and to refuse repair or replacement. For all other refunds, contact your retailer. We are so sure you will enjoy and appreciate your new ACM Wallet that we will refund the full purchase price of this product within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Custom engraved units are included under normal warranty guidelines.
No R.A. (return authorization) number is needed for Warranty Work. Please include a short note about the problem you are having with your ACM® and please provide a return address and a phone number and/or email address to discuss any issues we may encounter.

ACM Enterprises Inc. warrants the mechanism of your ACM Wallet to be free from mechanical defects. ACM Enterprises Inc guarantees a full refund minus shipping if product is returned within the 30 day period of purchase. No refunds after the 30 day return policy has expired. Absolutely no refunds on custom engraved units. Engraved units with media from our library only (no custom uploaded images, names or initials) will adhere to the regular policy.

No R.A. (return authorization) number is needed. Please include original or a copy of the original Invoice or Packing Slip along with all the factory original ACM® Parts and Accessories included with original packaging. Items must be in undamaged, unmarked, unscratched condition. Please include a short note about why you are not satisfied if possible.
ACM Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to refuse product returns deemed damaged or unusable.
